PILATES MAT

Starting with a foundation in the Pilates principles you’ll form a deep connection with your body. Constantly learning, expanding and stacking concepts to create ease and efficiency of movement. Focus is on body alignment, using the right muscles for the exercises, and building movement knowledge to learn how to create new movement patterns; giving you an overall body workout as well as a mental one. Class will be conducted on the mat and will often start and end with standing exercises. Classes can and will be adapted for individuals needs. Props like: small balls, light weights and Pilates ring are used.

PILATES EQUIPMENT

Do you have a reformer or stability chair at home? Is it mostly just collecting dust? From beginner to advanced, we will tailor a Pilates equipment class just for you, where we will prioritize control and healthy body alignment to build strength, flexibility, proprioception, and overall wellness.

BARRE

An energetic, fun, diverse workout for anyone at any fitness level. A blend of Pilates, dance, resistance and light weight training that is all set to great music to keep you motivated. You will work deep stabilizer muscles with small isometric movements mixed with bursts of cardio and followed up by relaxing stretches. All Barre classes offer progressive variations to accommodate you. Expect to shake, sweat and find all those muscles you “didn’t know you had”.

 

Strength & Stretch Barre:

This 75 minute class combines 45 mins of barre fusion followed by 30 mins of recovery, deep stretching, and mobility conditioning to help rehab and center your body and mind.
