The ROW technique is an interval fusion workout utilizing IndoRow WaterRowers, the TRX Suspension trainer, and GRID Trigger Point Performance Therapy to improve dynamic flexibility, muscular endurance and core stability.
Our method resets the neutral spine and repairs fascia.
