Liz is a huge health and fitness advocate as both a yoga instructor and RN. Her passion for teaching started in college at Cleveland State University where she was a teaching assistant for neuroscience and gross anatomy labs. While at CSU, she attained a bachlors in Health Science and Nursing. She's currently a nurse at the Cleveland Clinic main campus in the heart and lung transplant unit since 2012. Liz started her yoga practice in 2011 and decided to take a path to deepen her understanding of the practice as a teacher in 2014. She has taught power vinyasa, yin, basics, SUP (standup paddle board ), and acro/partner yoga. And although yoga is her primary passion, she also loves running, spinning, TRX, lifting weights and barre, as fitness in general is a huge passion in her life.
